2. Contractual partners and conclusion of contract
With every order, a sales contract is created between VALJUES GmbH and you as the customer. You can put our products in the shopping cart without obligation. The contract between us and you is concluded by clicking on our order button. To confirm the contract, you will receive an order confirmation by email after you have completed the purchase.
3. Terms of delivery
It is possible that shipping costs are due in addition to the product prices. You will be informed of this while shopping. We only deliver by post. It is currently not possible to collect the goods yourself. Delivery within Germany can take 2-3 working days. In other countries also much longer.
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit card When placing your order, you can choose your credit card as a method of payment. When you place the order, you send us your credit card details. The transaction will be carried out automatically by your credit card company.

Purchase on account via Klarna In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we also offer you a purchase on account. We would like to point out that the payment has to be made to Klarna and not to us directly. When buying on account with Klarna, you first receive the goods from us and then you have a payment period of 14 days to Klarna. 5. Retention of Title
The goods always remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
6. Transport damage
Unfortunately, in rare cases, your order may break on the way to you. If that is the case, you must contact us immediately with photo evidence.
We are always unrestrictedly liable for claims due to damage caused by us
in the event of injury to life, body or health,
